Returns
In the unlikely event you wish to return your purchase please contact rosco@roscobrittin.com within 7 days of receipt of your artwork. Please include your order number and reason for your return. Please note that if a piece of art has been physically printed for you then the customer takes full responsibility for that order and a refund is not permitted unless damaged while in transit.
If the customer has had a change of mind and would like to exchange for a similar piece before posting then please contact me and we can discuss it. All art is made on the order of the customer regardless of originals OR limited edition prints.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR WRONGLY SUPPLIED PRODUCTS
Should you be returning an item because it is faulty, damaged or has been incorrectly supplied please e-mail us photos of the damaged or incorrect product to rosco@roscobrittin.com before initiating a return.
Where an item is being returned because it is faulty, damaged or has been incorrectly supplied then we will refund the cost of item, the original shipping cost for the item and the cost of the return postage (proof of cost is required). We advise that you use a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we receive your returned item.
Refunds and replacements will be granted at the discretion of Rosco Brittin
Our returns policy excludes artworks that are made to order. These cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Wallpaper is non returnable as it is made to order unless there is a fault.
